Storing information about different target enzymes found in mycobacterium tuberculosis with and emphasis on applications in computation chemistry.

For each target, we are trying to provide:

• information about the target and role in mTB
• available x-ray structures (apo and co-crystals)
• natural substrates and co-factors
• commerical drugs
• other known inhibitors
• SMILES strings for small molecules
• Fully setup structures for molecular dynamics or docking
